Alix is a Canadian-raised, multi-disciplinary artist and designer celebrated for vibrant color, natural materials, and joyful craftsmanship. Born in Ventura, California, she spent early years in Wyoming, moved to Calgary, Alberta at age nine, and later settled in Newport Beach, her longtime hometown, where she raised four sons.

Her work spans multiple media, blending fine design with hands-on artistry across mixed media and functional pieces. Alix often works with stones and richly layered palettes, shaping projects that feel both grounded in nature and alive with personality. Family, coastal light, and the wild places she’s called home fuel a creative style that’s warm, welcoming, and unmistakably her own, harmonious, yet always a little daring.
